Boniti was approached by a high-end developer who was working on a big refurbishing project in a prestigious London area. The job required extensive flooring throughout the home and into the garden. The large entrance hall was fitted with Polished Blue Atlantic tiles, which immediately sets a tone for the entire house.

We used this stone again to fabricate the staircase, creating a seamless look between floors. For the bathroom, we fabricated a large stone tub which became the focus point of the room. We were then able to provide tiles that complimented it perfectly, with a sleek polished finish.

In the garden, we provided large tile slabs in order to form a patio. As with any development, price is critical, and we were able to provide everything for a very sharp price.

We still maintain a very good relationship with the developer, as he says, ‘Boniti certainly don’t charge London prices!’.
